 Paul MacKenzie <nospam@elehost.com> reports that restoring a deleted
 directory, or a directory full of deleted files, may not restore the files
 within, if run with the "-d" option.

 Test restores of deleted directories, and directories with deleted files,
 with and without -d, on Windows.
