The second issue seems to be fixed, but autoconf didn't seem to pick up 
be64toh (it was #undef and commented out in lib/common/BoxConfig.h). (I 
had to manually edit BoxConfig.h to test the second fix.)

Ben - does OpenBSD use be64toh or betoh64? NetBSD seems to be the same 
as FreeBSD, so I assume OpenBSD will be the same?
