Also in bbstoreaccounts: the client store marker is used by the client
to ensure that nobody has modified the store between backup runs,
allowing it to use its cached information about the files and
directories already on the store. The client store marker starts at
zero, and is incremented by the client every time it successfully
completes a backup. At the start of the run, the marker is compared to
the expected value, and if different, the cached data is discarded and
each directory on the store is rescanned.
