Project now builds for me, and all changes checked in. Feel free to 
improve emu.h if you can.

The order of BoxConfig-MSVC.h matches BoxConfig.h generated by autoconf 
from configure.in; it shouldn't actually matter at all, although the 
results of each different type of check done by autoconf should be 
grouped together (e.g. declaration checks, structure member checks).
