Yes, it does. But bugs occur in the trunk version and need to be
tracked. :)

Does it need to be in the subject? I think it's ok to put the revision
in the description.

If we intentionally put out a release with the bug in it we can always
update the version field.

You can select action 'reassign' and give a person.
