Sorry, too late, it's in the archive at 
[http://bbdev.fluffy.co.uk/svn/box/chris/win32/releases/boxbackup-0.10_rc0.1_win32-backup-client-mingw32.zip].

You cannot run the application without these DLLs, and almost nobody will 
have them, so it seems to be a right pain if we don't distribute them. I 
also don't think the MinGW developers will have a license problem with it, 
since one of the purposes of MinGW is to allow developers to write and 
distribute non-GPL programs.
