[Box Backup-dev] building on win32

Hello Chris/all,

Couple of issues whilst trying to build.=20

In the version 10 download win32.bat doesn't exist.
Whilst running win32.bat I get (on Chris's latest SVN version)

$ ./win32.bat
quick and dirty to get up and running by generating the required files
using Cygwin and Perl

server parts - which appears as though some of the clients rely on
Generating Server exception...
Generating Connection exception...
The system cannot find the file specified.

This is leading onto some compile errors. I have tried cygwin and active
perl from the command line, and the same happens.

In Chris's version, boxversion.h doesn't exist.
