[Box Backup-dev] Redundant locations in root directory

Hello,

The BoxBackup client keeps telling me that the redundant locations in
the root directory will be removed after 172000 seconds. But it never
removes them. I restart the client every day, but I'm using the
feature that saves the state to a file on the disk.

Also, another feature that doesn't work is the "ExcludeFile"
directive. (Others also pointed out that this feature doesn't work).
