[Box Backup-dev] [Doc] First HTML pages from the installation and administration guides

All,
I'd like feedback on the document format that I've created (based off
Ben's web site) for the HTML documents.

Please look at:

and let me know what you like/dislike. I know I will be trying to remove
the 'copy' of the section name (in black right under the logo, etc.).

Of course, content/layout/organization is up for review as well. Please
let me know your thoughts.

For those that are interested, I settled on XSLT for the translations
from DocBook. I'm using xsltproc, and a tiny customization layer. I'll
be working on Makefiles, etc. to automate the build of the docs.

Next up is the man pages. If anyone has a desire to help with this, I'm
looking for volunteers.
