Great work Per it looks great and reads well. It would be useful to have
a lookup of all exceptions, it would save having to find it in the code 
distribution.
A definitive list of commands ie the bbstoreaccounts options, but I 
guess that will
be in the man pages.
One thing that I need is:
How to upgrade a server from  0.09 to 0.10 ?
    will it just continue working where it left off?

I tried moving my store to another machine running the new version, 
moved the
keys etc, upgraded the client, but the backup ignored the existing store and
started from scratch. I guess we need a tips and tricks section. or FAQs
like
firewall settings
running on multiple inet addresses
running behind NAT
using the hard/soft limits to remove files from the store

and any others..
