[Box Backup-dev] Making a new release

We've stalled again. Everyone apart from Chris that is, who's  
storming ahead.

I propose:

* Chris to finish off whatever he's doing

* When he's happy it's 'complete', create 0.11 test branch from  
Chris' merge branch

* Ask people to test. (as has previously been said, Chris' code is  
decent enough!)

* Work towards release, including a code review.

* Release!

What's the current state of the test suite? I'm assuming it's still  
nice and strong.

I will try to find some time to do the review and some testing on  
OpenBSD and Solaris. Other eyes on the code would be good too,  
volunteers?
