[Box Backup-dev] RaidFile dir does not exist

I believe so. This wasn't an error before, it was logged at TRACE level, I 
made it a warning by mistake, will fix it.

Comment out the line that logs that error in 
lib/backupstore/BackupStoreCheck.cpp and rebuild, or wait for the next 
release.
