You're not supposed to reach the hard limit. Housekeeping attempts to 
keep you just below the soft limit, and the client won't upload files 
if the soft limit is exceeded when it connects. Errors will happen if 
it uploads a file which takes it over the hard limit.

There are no old versions to delete:

Therefore, the only thing that can happen is that an administrator 
changes the store allocation.
