[Box Backup] Build under cygwin

In the June archive of this list someones posted a link to a cygwin package. 
Maybe this will help. 

It installed fine for me but I seem to be having a few firewall issues (which 
I doubt would be hard to fix but I've only spent about 20 mins on it).
