[Box Backup] version 0.06PLUS2

Hi,

New preview version:

Changes over 0.06PLUS1:

* SyncAllowScript to allow temporary disabling of syncs (and 
bbackupd-config adds notes on how to use it to the config file it 
writes)
* Immediate and correct behaviour for bbackupd on signals (will restart 
and stop immediately)
* Add force-sync command to bbackupctl, like sync but ignores 
AllowSyncScript
* Add --version option to all executables

I'd like to release this (perhaps with slight modifications) as 0.07 -- 
a maintenance release to get better Linux compiler compatibility and to 
fix the outstanding minor bugs.

Feedback and testing appreciated. I'll be doing a full test myself over 
the next few days.
