What's the history of this account?

You could get this if you had the account at 20Gb, uploaded lots of 
data, then reduced the store size to 10Gb. The additional data wouldn't 
be deleted if it wasn't marked as old or deleted. How big is the data 
you're backing up?

Could you also do a bbstoreaccounts check <account number> on the 
server, and see what it says?
