[Box Backup] 99% processor usage

Hello all,

I believe this is an issue on Windows only - it has appeared on the
cygwin build - and now also the Win32 build. I am having difficulty
tracking this down - so would be interested in ways people have created
the issue, perhaps some input from Ben as to possible areas which may
cause this?

So far on my installs 8 servers it has happened once on one server in
two weeks! So any feedback would be appreciated.
