Try checking for time differences on the machines.
I had the same problem with a new setup this week.  Turns out my CA's 
machine was a little ahead (over 2 hours) of the rest.
If the times appear unequal (perhaps check with timezones), set them 
right or wait until the maximum time difference has passed.
