[Box Backup] Windows Exclude Dir

No they are not marked for deletion. Also, because I have these "extra" 
files I am over my soft limit already (10GB my hard limit is 12GB and I 
currently have around 10.3GB backuped) - that's actually what made me 
look into this issue.
