The 100 seconds is simply a function of how many files you have that
need to be scanned. bbackupd simply logs in, scans the files, and then
fails, and re-tries. Over and over again.

I think so. I have been experiencing this for a while with the BoxWin.
Gary has found a problem that could be the resolution to this problem.
We don't know yet, though. I'm going to be installing the 0.09g version
at the one client that's having this exact problem.
This one client has a big file (~140M) that changes a lot (it's their
accounting file). bbackupd appears to be timing out while diffing it
(but not discovering the timeout), and losing the connection to the server.
