[Box Backup] Backup service fails to start on win32

Hi,

On win32 when I try to run the boxwin 0.09b, i get the following error 
on the client:
query > ls
Exception: Cipher (5/6)
C:\Program Files\Box Backup>

on the openbsd 3.6 server i get this:

And the exact same error when I start the client service to begin 
backup.....(5/6) - Cipher EVPFinalFailure
it has worked before....

What is that, and what to do so I can make it work.....
