Bug/feature tracking and anon CVS access would be great, and I for one 
have no particular problem with Sourceforge (except their mailing list 
browser). However I wouldn't like to see such a promising project get 
fragmented - would it not be better to keep it all in one place?

Sounds interesting - can you elaborate?

I noticed that others had mentioned a GUI before, but there didn't seem 
to be much in the way of co-ordination (or maybe it's just being done 
outside the mailing list). Is anyone else actively working on a GUI?

It would be good if this could be generalised to encompass POSIX ACLs as 
well as NTFS.

True, but even a crude throttle is better than none at all :). If the 
snapshot feature is working though, then the bandwidth throttling 
becomes less of a problem for us.
