[Box Backup] Restoring from a hardware failure

Call me bias, but I have had nothing but problems with 3Ware
controllers. From my experience they are extremely finicky with what
MB they work with and I have had my share of lock-ups under Linux.
I'll never use them again.

I have finally moved over to SW RAID and it works great.
