[Box Backup] cd to a directory with spaces

Hi,

I have some directories in my backup with spaces within them eg 
"2005_evo_176 Amidal". How can a switch to a directory with a space in it?

I tried cd -i 0001bxxxx
cd '2005_evo_176 Amidal'
cd 2005_evo_176\ Amidal

with no success and I am a bit out of idea's.
