There is lots of stuff in the archives, but nothing all in one place.  
Major things, off the top of my head...

* Enhanced crypto for extra security

* Better support for odd situations (all the little issues which have  
come up)

* Management improvements, and fault reporting

* Better control over what it uploaded

* More feedback about what the daemon is going, mainly for GUI utilities

* Low level changes, like support for multiple streams and resource  
forks

The new version will not be backwards compatible with the old versions.
