[Box Backup] Load average during housekeeping?

It will do quite a bit of work, as it has to scan every file. It's not 
niced or anything, so could use all CPU. But a load average of 2 seems 
a bit high, as quite a lot of the time it'll be waiting for the disc, 
and there's only one process doing the housekeeping.

Perhaps the machine is doing something else at the same time?
