[Box Backup] exception caught and endless retries

They are in my "Temporary Internet Files" directory.  The file names in
there are full URLs and the path names can be quite long.

I'll try ExcludeDirsRegex-ing my "Temporary Internet Files" directories and
see if that fixes the problem.

Not exactly.  I'm running as a normal user with Administrator permissions.
