[Box Backup] Win32

Happy to take the guidance on boost - I left it in because of another
opensource project I have written and the common request (when I left
out boost) was can you please add it.

The main downside is the size of boost, another option to the ones
discussed is to strip out only the regex files (which are quite small)
or someone point me to the other regex library....

Well it certainly seems to be in there. Including the whole of boost!

Am I right in thinking you only use boost to provide the regex library,
as a substitute for unix regex?

Maybe you've already discussed this with Ben, but I feel that including
the whole of boost inside box is not the right thing to be doing here.
It's too large a dependency to be incorporated and it's got a very
stable interface too, so there's not really any need.

Really it ought to be an external requirement, and then only on
platforms that need it.

Not that I'm arguing against the use of boost, it's a good library and I
encourage people to use it. Just don't think we should be incorporating
it in the sources.

Cheers,

Martin.
