[Box Backup] Troubleshooting "Connection TLSWriteFailed 7/33" on OS X server/client setup

It does not retry within 100 seconds. The log says :

Does that mean it wants to wait 1024000000 seconds for the retry?

My config on the client says:
KeepAliveTime = 600
