I found the culprit on my FC2 machine: a stray bbstored process (from an
interrupted test run) was blocking the socket, and every time the tests
were run bbstored would stop, and I'd get this failure. My bad.

So, the Fedora Core 2 results:
- release non-xattr: All PASS
- debug non-xattr: All PASS
- release xattr: All PASS
- debug xattr: All PASS
