Thanks for the bug report! This was indeed an error in my coding, induced 
by sleep deprivation. There were also a number of problems with restoring 
and comparing files.

I believe that I have now fixed all problems with bbackupquery and 
international characters on Win32, but I would greatly appreciate further 
testing and bug reports for this new release candidate:
