[Box Backup] Box and non-C++ clients

I wrote a provisioning protocol for Box called FAB that runs over HTTP(S), 
for use with Boxi. I intend to implement the server in Perl and clients in 
C++ and Perl. You can find it here:

I haven't got round to implementing it yet because I've been busy working 
on Box, but I hope to soon. Perhaps some will find it useful. I would
