[Box Backup] Release Candidate 3

Hi Chris,

I rearranged my testing area and my test batch file, so maybe I broke
something, but this is what I get so far.  I did NOT update my
server--maybe that's the problem?  It'll take me a while to set up a
test server--can I work around that requirement on my main server in
the meantime, maybe a .conf mod?
