[Box Backup] Win32 native client service bbackupd.conf

Hi,

The current .10 version of Windows native bbackupd.exe, -i switch (install Windows service) does
not allow bbackupd.conf specification for the installed service. Thus, a bbackupd.conf in the same
directory as bbackupd.exe must be used, always. I think this should be configurable.

Just a thought.
