[Box Backup] exception / strange error

Please look at the error message. It says that bbackupquery does not have 
access to the certificate files. Please check the permissions on those 
files relative to the user that you run bbackupquery as.

Also, errors from bbackupquery do not mean that your backups are not 
running. You may find that they are running, because bbackupd is running 
as a different user than bbackupquery, and it does have access to the 
certificates. Do you see any log messages from bbackupd? If not, is it 
running, and as what user?
