[Box Backup] bbackupquery strange issue

I don't know, but perhaps I could help you better if you tell us what 
version of Box Backup you're using, on what platform, and post a copy of 
your configuration file, the output of "bbackupquery ls /path-to-dir", and 
the output of "ls /path/to/dir".
