[Box Backup] Windows Client 568 Integrity Info

A little extra security, FWIW.  I haven't used my keys for anything
useful in a very long time, but maybe I'll digitally dust them off and
sign this thing.  

$ date

In order of approximate descreasing security but increasing
portability:

$ sha1sum boxbackup-chris_general_568-backup-client-mingw32.zip
