[Box Backup] multiple servers from windows

This is an strange request but I think perhaps somebody of you knows how 
to do this:

I have a backup server that serves in two networks:

extern.domain.com
intern.domain.com

Now I can change the settings every time I use my notebook in a 
different network, but nicer would be to use the SyncAllow script to 
test if the intern.domain.com is reachable, then connect to that one and 
if it isn't then connect to extern.domain.com

I'm trying with the boxscript.bat that was posted but I'm not sure about 
how to change to configuration.

Thanks for any idea's and if anybody else would be interested.
