I should have added that on the Configuration panel, Basic tab, when I
change the Account Number to 10002037 (no leading 0x), and move out of
that text box, it auto converts itself to "0x989e75" and then I get the
green check mark that says "Configuration looks OK". Under the Backup
tab, I click Start Backup, and I get a Msg box and Errors entry with
unswipeable "Error: cannot start backup, failed to connect to server:
Connection Protocol UnexpectedReply (Server probably reported an
error"), and Summery "Backup failed".
