Hello,

I am trying to restore a directory on a windows machine. I get this error

query > restore dirname dirname

: Common OSFileError (Error accessing a file. Check permissions.) (1/9)

C:\Program Files\Box Backup>

It will not resume.

any ideas?

I am using

Box Backup Query Tool vchris_general_777M, (c) Ben Summers and 
contributors 2003-2006

I have never had problems like this before, all files appear to be 
owned by the proper owner on the backup server...
