[Box Backup] Segmentation fault from bbackupquery (exception Connection TLSHandshakeFailed)

Argh. Sorry all. I have worked out the problem. There was an older
version of libz lying around and somehow boxbackup was linked with one
version, but had headers from the other.
Now to work out why readline support is not working. Thanks!
