Yes, it fails on a file of size 2.53GB:
ERROR: (4/11) during file fetch and comparsion for '/homes/hbe/Public/Adobe CS3 - Workshop/Adobe CS3
Workshop.dmg'

Box is version 0.10 on both server (Debian) and client (OS X 10.4).
