[Box Backup] Failed to setup location

Hi Chris,

Well, apparently 1814 was running in the background (even with ExtendedLogging on).   Here are the
event records.  See the ConfigNoKey error.  I see that when running as a service or from the
command line (but nothing is output at all into the command window).  I _don't_ see that when I
paste 1741 in (I don't see that error, and I see lots of output in the cmd window).  This is all
without any remote BackupLocations of any kind.  Any suggestions?
