[Box Backup] Unknown errors

I think that means that the server decided that the file uploaded by the 
client was corrupted. Can you give me any more information? Have you seen 
this error before? Is it repeatable? What messages do you get on the 
client around this time?

That shouldn't happen, it may be a result of the previous error or it 
could indicate a bug in the client, or a version mismatch between client 
and server. Does it occur in isolation, or immediately after the previous 
error?

Are you sure that error is on the client and not on the server? Were there 
any errors before it?

This is very unusual. Is that on the client or the server? (I guess on the 
client). Are there any preceding errors? Is it possible that the client 
ran out of memory? Can you reproduce it?
