[Box Backup] File locking on Windows

Good day:

While Chris is trying to fix File locking on Windows for 0.12 [1], I was
wondering how other people treat that problem at the moment.

I assume that at least Pete Jalajas is using the approach outlined here

"Put this batch file and vshadow.exe in the same directory, like in
D:\Program Files\Box Backup\
Add a Scheduled Task to run this daily or weekly as a System Admin."

I think having a weekly snapshot is probably not ideal, is somebody using
the NotifySysAdmin.vbs states (backup-start, backup-finish) to create
shadow copies on the fly?
