[Box Backup] bbackupquery.exe (R2549) has problems with non-ASCII directory names

I see, thanks.

I call SetConsoleCP(CP_UTF8) and SetConsoleOutputCP(CP_UTF8) if the "-u" 
switch is given. I didn't realise that this would persist after the end of 
the bbackupquery process, but apparently it does. It seems that Unix 
doesn't have a monopoly on weird terminals :)
