[Box Backup] Can't find PEM

Hi there...

I have currently compiled an RPM for hte RC2 server, and have it  
installed...

I am at the step (http://www.boxbackup.org/accounts.html):

# /usr/local/bin/bbstoreaccounts create 75AB23C 0 4096M 4505M
I ran that, and it said the account was created.
Then there is the step to:

Sign this CSR with

/usr/local/bin/bbstored-certs ca sign 75AB23C-csr.pem

However i can not find the 75AB23C-csr.pem anywhere on my system.

Ideas?
