Drew, the trouble is they don't want people around who can identify 
their faults. It threatens their self-image. Easier to shoot the 
messenger than correct their own behaviour. It's taken them years to get 
to this point. Short of a major crisis, they won't recognize the 
problem. Even at that, they'll likely still point the finger in the 
wrong direction.

Good luck in finding more welcoming work environs. May your unscheduled 
outage be short...
