[IWE] Ubuntu Warning

For folks running small servers with small / partitions, be aware that
upgrading your kernel requires at least 250 MB of disk space if you use the
linux-image and linux-restricted-modules packages, otherwise the
installation will fail - perhaps silently (I certainly got no warning).

I bumped into this yesterday when taking a box with a 177MB / partition from
Breezy to Dapper. 

Thankfully, I didn't reboot before manually reinstalling the packages with
dpkg -i.
