What's the general feeling about binary attachments on mail to this
list?

The reason I ask is that I was going to post my CV (I've acted on the
suggestions made on the moribund forum) and I don't want to do that if
it's
going to upset people.

Personally, I'm cool with attachments - but then I have a fast pipe and
a
big mailbox.
